Welcome to The Hayloft. Our lovely Norfolk cottage is a two minutes drive from a sandy North Norfolk beach, buried in the rural tranquility of an unspoilt fishing and farming community and yet close enough to Norwich that rainy day entertainment and shopping excursions are only a twenty minute drive away.

Tired of searching for a holiday cottage where your dogs are welcome? Here it is. We're dog lovers too, so we're delighted to entertain you and your pets, and the Bacton area is a dog walker's dream, with beaches and woods within walking distance.

The cottage is amply equipped to ensure that you're enjoying a relaxing holiday but retaining the creature comforts. We provide towels and bed linen to take as much of the work of going on holiday off you as we possibly can, and we think you'll find our cottage the perfect place to recharge your batteries in the peace of the Norfolk countryside.

For the sake of clarity, and to avoid wasted time on both sides, we'd like to make it clear upfront that we prefer not to host parties of either students or smokers, since both tend to be hard on the fabric of our cottage.

Please note that we routinely ask for a £200 damage deposit on the property, which we repay promptly once the cottage has been returned to us free of damage to structure, fixtures and fittings.
